1. Is this a monthly subscription?
- No, it is certainly not. You only pay for the month we render our services.
2. Can I extend your services?
- By all means, yes. We are more than pleased to be of service and a contributor to the growth of your business. Due to the high quality of service and results, most of our clients do extend our services for months.
3. Is there a discount?
- Yes, we offer discounts on the succeeding months of service if extended.
4. I don't have any social media accounts. Do you create and optimize them for me?
- Yes, for an extra charge of $70.
5. If I choose one of your packages, will the posts all be the same on all of my Social Media Accounts?
- Yes, they will all be the same. By posting similar content on all of your social media accounts, the rate of improving your brand's identity and presence would be much better.
6. Which Social Media Platforms should my business be present in?
- Bear in mind that some channels are focused on B2B [Business-to-Business], while others take a B2C approach [Business-to-Customers]. The decision depends on the product or service that you’re providing. For some businesses, it is perfect to be present only on Facebook and Instagram. While LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest are on the other hand.
7. Where do you get your content or graphics from, do you use copyrighted photos?
- No, we have our own trusted sources where we get only copyright-free and high-quality images related to your business. Also, we can make use of the stock photos of your products/services if you have and if you want, to create a perfect match and strategy.
8. Can you help me grow my audience?
- It won't be obvious at the start but of course, yes, we gradually can. We have different ways at our disposal using only organic ways to grow your business and audience.
9. Do you guys also do paid ads?
- It depends. We do not encourage it but if we do such, we will charge you $100 extra. You will need though to communicate with us further for a more detailed approach and setup.
10. Can I review the contents or the final draft before it gets posted?
- Yes, as soon as they are ready, we will send them through email for your approval. Once you have approved, we will schedule the posts and deliver the project.
11. Do you implement Social Media Marketing tactics and plan too?
- Yes, we strategize content and posts based on a detailed marketing plan custom-made only for you and your brand or business.
12. Why Us again?
- Come on, we don't want to sound like being pushy here. Let's just call it "commitment". After you make that first payment, your business becomes the business of the entire team and with all due integrity, we'll do what it takes to take your business to the next level!
Methodologies
1. After selecting the Style and Package, please go to the "Contact Us" section below to request a quote. Please include also the following information:
- The link of your website [or landing page, if you have one].
- The link to your social media profile account/s [if you have one].
- Your business goals/objectives [what you want to achieve].
- Your logo [if you have one].
- Your products or services that you want to promote
2. We'll send you recommendations and whatnots in 24 to 48 hours so you can make necessary adjustments as early as possible.
3. Once we've come up with an agreement, before we start on working your project, just like any vehicle or machine that you want to put into action, you'll need to put in some kind of power or gas. Now is the time to make a payment.
4. In the meantime, we only accept payments from credit and debit cards through Payoneer and cryptocurrency. We accept Ripple [XRP] or Polygon [MATIC] ONLY. We DO NOT accept BTC, ETH, or any other cryptocurrencies for the reason of "high volatility" in market prices but also due to the "high gas fee" [processing fee]. When making a payment with cryptocurrency, please be very careful and accurate with the details and information that you need to enter. Once you submit your payment, it can not be undone or reversed. We will NOT be liable for any lost amount submitted or sent due to accident, negligence, or incorrect information. Should you still want to use this method of payment, We will send you our XRP or MATIC wallet address through your email upon request.

5. Once we've confirmed receipt of your payment, we'll be needing your logins for your social media and website accounts together with the stock photo of your products, services, and logo [if any], that you want to include so we can start working by preparing, researching, and consolidating all necessary graphic designs, materials, hashtag research, captions and all components needed for the project. If you don't have any photos of your products or services, no need to worry, we'll take care of that for you. However, for logos, that will be a separate request and will mean an extra charge. Once completed, we'll send you the first draft in 3 to 5 business days for finalization. [Please be aware and we do apologize for the delay in advance, that if this falls on a weekend, it may take a bit longer.]
6. If there are revisions, we'll revise it until you're fully satisfied for FREE! If no revisions are needed, we'll publish the approved final draft according to your plan as soon as possible within 24 to 48 hours.
7. Along the month's course, if you need to implement a change for any reason, as much as possible, please notify us in advance. Some changes can not be made easily or instantly as we'll need to check [or maybe do a little research on our end first] about the possibility of these changes. And depending on the complexity of these modifications that are needed, we may or may not charge you extra for this. It may also take 1 to 3 business days on average, again, depending on how simple or complicated these are, to implement these changes.
